This card is no longer being manufactured, and according to S3, driver support only goes for Win95/98/NT4, and they said they will not provide support for future operating systems.
I think this card has some video capturing capabities, but I am not sure, so it is being sold as a normal video card to avoid misleading you. There are S-Video and C-Video connectors, and, as you can see, there are female and male connectors on the board itself.
Here are some pics. I don't know anything about this card, except that it works. I downloaded some drivers and will include a CDR of them, but this card is being sold AS IS, and will come in a plastic bag, packed in its box. I ran out of AntiStatic bags, so it is being shipped in a ziplock bag, but again, nicely packed and secure in the box.
